Why this page exists. A converted tenant will keep using the bookmark they already had. Without an explicit gate they reach a console that is technically alive but no longer where their work is, and the reasonable conclusion is that the upgrade broke something. The gate turns a support ticket into a signpost.

What a converted tenant sees if they log in at the OLD guest portal. Without this they land in a stale console and conclude the product is broken; the account did not disappear, it moved.
